Jennifer Mackin is President & CEO of a fast-growing leadership consulting firm. She is rapidly expanding the company into Tennessee, Illinois, Ohio and the Carolinas, as well as increasing market share in Kentucky and adding new services and employees to her team. Services that Jennifer's firm offers include employee assessment, executive coaching, executive search, strategic planning, leadership group consulting, succession planning, team building, sales training and leadership development.

Mackin first helped with The Oliver Group, a company her parents started in the 80's while she was still in college, even getting important tasks like performing an executive search. Two years out of college, Mackin started full-time with Oliver Group and now works as CEO and owner of the company.

The Oliver Group, now celebrating its 30th anniversary, employs 23 people and has clients across the United States and in Germany, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Great Britain and South Africa.
